Policy on Exchanges, Returns, Refunds & Warranty
At Just Peppers we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007
Conditions for Returning an Item
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
In the same condition as when you received it
Unused, with no signs of wear or tampering
In its original packaging, including boxes, protective bags, and tags
Accompanied by the order confirmation email or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@just-peppers.com with your order number
Once the request is approved, we will send you the instructions and return address
Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted
Refunds
Once the item is received in our warehouse and its condition verified, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products)
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from receipt of the returned item
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, you may request a return and place a new order
Warranty Policy
At Just Peppers, we care about the quality of every piece. We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects.
If your product has a defect covered by the warranty, we will replace it at no additional cost
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, impact, contact with chemicals, perfumes, or natural wear
